This classic Queenslander balcony had seen better days, with the existing structural timbers, beams, deck boards and stair treads all requiring replacement. Rather than stripping away its original character, we carefully renewed the structure while retaining the existing handrails.
New timber throughout has given the balcony and staircase a strong, durable foundation for years to come, while preserving the details that make this home one of the last of its kind on the street.
